WEEKLY STUDY PLAN · 3 MIN READ

Make a weekly study plan you can keep

A plan that assumes every spare minute will be productive breaks at the first busy day. Start with capacity instead.

Protect fixed commitments

Block classes, work, commuting, meals, sleep, and personal commitments first. Then look at the remaining time as a real capacity limit, not an invitation to fill every slot.

Assign work by deadline and energy

Place the nearest important work in your most reliable focus period. Put low-effort admin tasks—uploading files, formatting, reviewing notes—in smaller gaps. Leave at least one catch-up block open.

Review in ten minutes

At the end of a day, update what changed and choose tomorrow’s first action. A weekly plan is a living guide, not a contract you have failed if life changes.
